Actual noticeable improvement!
~~ I know this is long but I hope it helps in your decision! ~~I got this for my 17ish lb Min-Pin Chihuahua Mix and within about a month or 2, I noticed less babying of his arm, less limp when he was using it, and it seemed just general, overall, less bothersome and less on his mind.He came to me at 5 months old with what X-Rays revealed is a disconnected elbow joint in his arm. He still uses it, plays full force with his sis, runs, jumps, and has always been an all-around happy puppy. But his arm is always at the forefront of my mind as he does limp and baby it more at times and while he has been on Rimadyl (an NSAID), I really wanted to find as many natural solutions as needed to keep him off of a long term NSAID regimen for basically his whole life. There may come a time when that s the last resort, but I didn't think that was the case at this point, and I was right!He is on other natural pain relievers and joint supplements, but this one seems to have had the biggest impact. Like I said, noticeable, positive impact within a couple months, and I am thrilled. And this is with 1/2 the recommended dosage. I wanted to gradually increase his dose just to see how things went, and we were at a hale dose when the effects were noticed which is great as I can increase the dose, if need be, at a later time.I mix this in with his food. Even a half dose is quite a bit of powder and takes a little help to dissolve as it gets kind of gummy when it gets wet at first. He gets a wet and dry mixture as is, but I add some bone broth and then some water to increase the moisture level enough to dissolve it all plus his other supplements that I break up into his food. He usually gets what looks like stew for his meals because of all the supplements and liquids thickened up. Takes me a good 30 mins to prepare his and his sis's food. Ha! That’s a good 3x longer than it takes to make mine, Anyway, I digress.As you can see in the pictures, his elbow is not holding him back at all. He's living it up, playing uninhibitedly wild with his sister, digging holes in the sand and laying down in any position he wants. I absolutely attribute some of his vigor and comfort to Collagile.I compared this specific brand to the others available, and even though it is on the lower end of the price point, it really looks to be the best or one of the best options out there. The amino acids included outnumber other brands. The label and the images on the product page do a great job of explaining what the supplement is doing where in the joint/body, and that, to me, displayed a level of pride in their product that other brands didn't show which gave it a step above the rest as well.So why only 4 * if I love it so much? Well, we ran out of the supplement recently and within a few days, I noticed a bit of a regression and that he was paying more attention to the arm already and I was really hoping that the effects would last longer. That is my bad, I should have had the new cannister ready and waiting but it snuck up on me and life happened, and I ran out for a few days. The new stuff is on the way, and I can't wait to get it back into his routine and clear up any discomfort he might experience without it.Love you, Colby!!! <3

My big doggy recently turned 9 years old. It's been hard watching him slow down and struggle to get himself up as he's grown older. I started buying this Collagen powder back in February 2023 (six months ago now) and I only wish I had known about it sooner. Within the very first week of him having this I noticed more pep in his step. Within the first month he was running around the yard (in short spurts) attempting to play with our 3 other (much younger) dogs for the very first time. It was so cute!!
This product has brought back quality of life for my dog in so many ways. He gets up off the floor faster/easier, he is able to walk farther around the neighborhood without taking a break to sit down. He seems genuinely happier and not struggling to move about. I would have never believed in such amazing results if I didnt see it for myself, and I am so grateful we gave this a try. If you have a stiff dog, old dog, big dog, any dog.... please consider trying collagen for them. It warms my heart so much to see my Jamie boy acting like a big silly puppy playing with our other dogs.
He gets one heaping spoonful of powder mixed in with his dinner, once daily. (If anyone was wondering)
